Dr. Elizebeth Harmon is the CEO and medical director of Bella Rosa Medispa. She is a board-certified physician specializing in women’s health and intimate health issues. Dr. Harmon received a bachelor's degree from Linfield College and a medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University. She also has an MBA from Portland State University.

Dr. Harmon is a BioTE certified provider and trainer, is certified for laser, radio frequency, shock wave, plasma, and ultrasound therapy, and is a certified Botox and filler injector. When not treating patients, she enjoys spending time with family, doll collecting, sewing, quilting, baking pies, rollerblading, and roller skating.
